Shipping:

Our baked goods are delivered across the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Please allow 1-3 days between placing your order and dispatch as everything is baked fresh to order.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once the goods have left our premises we cannot accept any liability for any delivery issues (including missing & late deliveries). This also applicable for any damage caused by the courier.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a correct and complete address is supplied along with a correct contact number. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure there is someone to accept the parcel at the delivery address.

Refunds:

As our goods are perishable this means that our products cannot be resold, therefore all sales are final and refunds will not be issued.
